Dr. Darryl “Doc” Bates is a board-certified Family and Sports Medicine physician, a lifelong athlete, and a leader in regenerative and functional medicine. A graduate of UCLA Medical School with additional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Bates blends clinical precision with a deep respect for the body’s natural healing intelligence. His approach goes beyond symptom management—he helps patients heal, recover, and return to the activities and lives they love.

As a competitive jiu-jitsu athlete and surfer, Dr. Bates understands firsthand what it means to be active, ambitious, and aging all at once.
